Can all concrete problems be fixed?
Yes! However, sometimes replacement is the best option. It depends on the severity and complexity of the issue you’re having. During your free assessment, we will determine the best solution for you. Oftentimes, there are multiple options.
Do you offer new concrete?
Absolutely! Whether you need to replace, repair, level, or resurface your concrete, we have a solution. Most concrete companies have one solution: rip it out and replace it. Unlike others, at Concrete Fixers, we pride ourselves on providing multiple solutions so you can find something that suits your goals and budget.
Do you offer a warranty?
Absolutely! The vast majority of concrete companies do not offer a warranty. That’s because concrete tends to crack over time. However, at Concrete Fixers, we take steps to ensure you don’t get structural cracks in your new concrete. These steps require skill and attention to detail, but when taken, allow us to feel confident enough to offer a 3-year warranty for our new concrete pours. This is unheard of in the concrete industry! For leveling and repair jobs, we also offer warranties. Ask your representative for more details.
How long does a job take?
It depends. For most repair jobs, we’re able to be in and out in under a day. For new concrete or resurfacing, it typically takes 2-3 days to do the project properly. For bigger jobs, we don’t rush, and you wouldn’t want us to! We want to make sure the job is done right.
How much do your services cost?
It depends on what you need! Our prices are very competitive, but they vary significantly depending on the scope of the project. If you’d like to get a rough idea for your specific project, schedule a 3-minute call with us to tell us more about your needs. Since we don’t only offer new concrete like the other guys, we’re able to find a solution for every budget.
What areas do you serve?
Check out our service area map! We serve all of the upstate, as well as Asheville and surrounding areas.
How soon can you start my job?
It depends on which service you need. We run a tight ship at Concrete Fixers! Even during peak season, we’re normally able to start jobs within 7-10 days. If your schedule is flexible or you’re in a rush, we can often get to you even sooner. Book a 3-minute call now to learn more!
Can you fix my pool deck?
Yes! Most often, pool decks need either our leveling service or one of our resurfacing services. Instead of making a mess and ripping out your old pool deck, we can often get your pool deck to like-new condition at a fraction of the cost.
Can you fix steps?
Yes. Whether your steps are sunken, cracked, or in need of replacement, we can offer a solution.
Are estimates free?
Of course! As long as you’re in our primary service area, we have no charge to come out and see how we can help.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. And not only do we offer financing, but we have a variety of options, including same-as-cash financing, low-payment options, and many more. Our goal is to make sure you’re comfortable with the project.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes. And we don’t charge a fee, so rack up your credit card points!
What will my concrete look like?
However you’d like! We offer a variety of finishes for new concrete and resurfaced concrete. You can find some examples in our gallery. If you opt for a leveling and repair only job, we can take steps to improve the look of the existing concrete including pressure washing, crack repair, and joint repair.
Can I use my concrete immediately after your services?
For concrete leveling, you can walk or drive on your concrete immediately. For replacement, the concrete will need time to cure, which typically takes about a week.
What is concrete resurfacing?
“Concrete resurfacing” is a catch-all term for a change in the surface of your concrete. Resurfacing captures concrete stamping, staining, overlay, and many other options. If you don’t like the appearance of your concrete’s surface, but the concrete below the surface is in good shape, resurfacing is a great way to reach your goal at a fraction of the cost of new concrete.
Can you fix cracks and joints?
Absolutely! We have an all weather, DOT grade jointing compound that is used to fill joints and cracks. The compound minimizes water intrusion and expands and contracts with the concrete to allow for a more uniform look.
